How do we get our children and grandchildren to know God--not just to know about Him (know all the stories), but to see His power at work in their lives? We can't discount nor dismiss the work of the Holy Spirit and divine grace but while He does His job, there is work for us to do! In our text there are four commands parents and grandparents must obey in order to influence their children towards a growing, personal relationship with God.
