Regardless of what kind of earthly father we have had or currently have, it’s good for us to go to the Scriptures and see what God has revealed about Himself as “The Father.” He is the only perfect role model for us to follow and He is the ideal Father to possess as our own!

From our text today in Matthew 6, which is commonly referred to as “The Lord’s Prayer” but in reality, more accurately called “the Disciples’ Prayer,” I want us to see four qualities of God’s fatherhood that are designed to bring comfort and encouragement to us – especially in these uncertain days in which we are living.
